What You’ll Do

As a Sales Trainee, you’ll find yourself immersed in the heart of our luxury New York City showroom. This role offers an exceptional chance to collaborate with the industry’s leading carpet design teams, learn the ins and outs of sales processes and software, and explore domestic and overseas manufacturing.

Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

• Complete a dynamic 2-week training program at our headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI, before embarking on your NYC showroom adventure.
• Collaborate with the NY team to assist clients, boost sales inside the showroom, and accompany them on outside sales calls.
• Learn closely from our Sales Manager to service existing clients, identify and prospect new ones, and pick up additional skills.
• Assist in selecting samples for presentations.
• Cultivate your client base by crafting, marketing, and delivering presentations to designers.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
