Our Made-to-Order Options

Our custom rug process has been built on decades of experience and a deep understanding of our clientele. Our expert account executives will assist you in selecting the best design, product type and construction for your project. We are in this together and we are confident that you will be amazed at the results.

Just Changing the Colors

Personalized Touch – Take an existing design and make it your own by selecting colors from our pom box or providing your favorite swatches for us to coordinate with or match to.

Hassle-Free Process – Leave the color adjustments to our designers for a seamless process. We’ll create a rendering and strike off for your approval in as little as 10 days (allow additional time for hand-knotted).

Full Customization

Tailored Design – Work with our team to modify the pattern or layout, change fiber types, or create something entirely new.

Architectural Integration – We can design around architectural elements or to highlight specific features of the space. Design your rug to fit perfectly around your furniture plans for customized space planning.

Working Together
Our Process

Our Journey Begins with a Conversation

Our showroom team will discuss your ideas, explore your vision, timeline and budget. We will review your plans, layout and any specific requirements for your project.

Specification

Once the details of your project have been outlined, our in-house Design Team will develop the artwork and specifications for your design. We will then produce a custom sample for approval in your colors, construction and fiber types.

Production

After the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and a request of a cutting from your approved sample. A final production sketch will be sent detailing your rug dimensions and specifications Your customer care team will keep you up to date with important information throughout the production process.

Delivery and Lifetime Support

Our team will coordinate ship dates with you and confirm delivery instructions to ensure your installation day is a success. Rest assured, we are here to support you, every Scott Group Studio rug and carpet comes with a lifetime cleaning and refurbishment service. Reach out to your Customer Service team to answer any questions and guide you through the process.
