Job Description Summary

The Project Manager supports our Architecture & Design (A&D) and European Sales teams by managing projects from initial quote through final delivery.  This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience by coordinating internal teams, vendors, and production partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary project manager for the Black River brand, providing end-to-end support for Sales Executives, customer, and vendor partners.
  • Support A&D and European Sales representatives by preparing quotes, coordinating sample production, managing orders, overseeing fabrication, and ensuring final finishing meets specifications.
  • Review and approve project samples and selected stock samples prior to shipment to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate shipping logistics, including preparing shipping labels, documentation, and customer correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and production allocations within internal databases and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with production allocations within internal databases and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Production Schedulers and Team Managers to plan timelines, allocate resources, and support on-time project delivery.
  • Manage proposals, specifications, and project documentation related to custom fabrication, layouts, rugs, and carpet installations.
  • Serve as a key internal liaison to ensure clear communication across sales, production, and operations teams.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project management, customer service, sales support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems and databases.
  • Design background or experience working in a design-focused environment is preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lifting of sample materials or packages, up to 50 lbs.
  • This position is office centric and located in Winston, Georgia.
