The Inside/Outside Showroom Sales position requires an energetic, service-oriented and highly motivated individual. Ideal candidates will have experience with sales or customer service in a luxury market. We’re looking for a dynamic and service-oriented individual to join our Chicago showroom team in a hybrid role that blends inside and outside sales. This position is designed for someone eager to learn and grow, offering hands-on mentorship from an experienced sales professional to help you develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a highly specialized industry.

Duties
- Collaborate with a seasoned sales professional in a mentorship-driven environment to learn all aspects of the business.
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing Interior Designers and Architects through consultative, solution-focused selling.
- Proactively seek and identify outreach opportunities to attract and develop new clients.
- Engage in both inside and outside sales activities, combining showroom-based consultations with off-site client visits and presentations.
- Focus on driving sales of products with shorter sales cycles while developing expertise in custom, long-lead-time solutions.
- Partner with the Design Team, Project Managers, and Customer Service to fulfill customer sample and quoting needs.
- Prepare quotations and order confirmations, responding to sales inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and track progress using CRM tools.
- Host and attend local events, including educational opportunities, to build your network and stay informed on industry trends.
- Co-manage daily showroom operations alongside the senior sales representative.

Abilities+ Experience
- Bachelors degree in business, design or a related field preferred and five plus years of sales experience with a proven record of success.
- Outgoing, customer service, and solution oriented.
- Knowledge of luxury interiors, textile industry, and/or design related experience.
