Key leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.
As Vice President of Human Resources, you will be a pivotal member of our executive leadership team, setting the vision and driving execution of our people strategy. You will lead the development and delivery of all HR programs, initiatives, and processes to enable scalable and sustainable growth and employee engagement.
You are a forward-thinking HR leader with a strong record of leading change, developing high-performing teams, and creating environments where talent thrives. You possess broad HR expertise—including talent management, recruitment, organizational development, employee relations, and compliance—and have a passion for building positive, inclusive workplace culture. This hands on role is supported by a Senior Human Resources Generalist and a Vietnamese Interpreter.
You Will
- Partner with executive leadership to shape and execute Scott Group Studio’s vision and business objectives through cohesive people strategies.
- Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that advance company goals, strengthern workplace culture, and elevate employee experience.
- Lead all aspects of talent acquisition and recruitment, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent; especially in hard to fill manufacturing and skilled labor roles.
- Partner with plant leadership to improve employee experience, engagement, and retention among frontline staff.
- Define and monitor HR metrics to assess effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
- Oversee compliance with all applicable employment, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
- Drive high standards in employee relations, policy administration, investigation resolution, and risk mitigation.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits strategies that are competitive and cost-effective.
- Drive a performance culture by refining goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback loops.
- Support cultural integration and change management during potential ownership transition and add on acquisitions.
You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor/Industrial Relations, or related field required; Master’s degree and SHRM certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership position.
- Proven record of building and leading teams, setting HR strategy, and managing HR operations in a growth-oriented environment.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial settings with a diverse, multilingual workforce preferred.
- Strategic HR thinking with a hands on execution style – able to operate at 30,000 free and 3 feet.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and workforce analytics.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
