Because our yarn is selection is in-stock, you can rest assured knowing you can create exactly what you want, and get it in just 6-8 weeks.
Upon order placement, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing the details of your order. Before we begin production of your rug, we will provide you with a rendering shown in your specified size and color for you to approve.
Using our automated tufting technology, we will get started on creating your rug. Once the rug is tufted, we will shear your rug by hand to create its final finish.
After we receive final payment, our team will coordinate scheduling your rug delivery and send it on its way!
